Messages you choose to receive

If you opt in at checkout, you agree to receive AUVREN text messages at the mobile number you provide about your order, delivery, and related customer support. This program does not enroll you in promotional or marketing texts.

Message frequency varies with your order, delivery, and support needs. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

Your consent is optional

To opt in, enter your mobile number and select the separate, unchecked SMS consent checkbox at checkout before submitting your order information. Entering a number alone does not provide SMS consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may complete checkout without choosing texts.

Only provide a mobile number you are authorized to use. Let us know if your number changes so we can update your messaging preference.

Stopping messages and getting help

Once messaging is available, reply STOP to an AUVREN text to opt out. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@auvren.us.

Opting out of texts does not cancel an order. Contact us by email for order or delivery assistance after opting out.

Message delivery

Text messaging depends on carrier availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please contact us by email if an expected update does not arrive.

Privacy and contact

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Providers may process messaging information on our behalf to operate this program. See our Privacy Policy for details.
